Studio Shamshiri was founded in 2016, by brothers Pamela and Ramin Shamshiri. They were first part of a four-founding partners at Commune, where they received the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Award for their body of work completed from 2004 to 2015. Their studio is located in the Thomson Building, a 1920’s Hollywood landmark, in Los Angeles, since 2017. Today, Los Angeles Homes introduces this innovative brand and one of their Ojai’s projects.

Introducing Studio Shamshiri, an amazing and spectacular studio created by Pamela and Ramin Shamshiri in 2016. Their artistic and innovative background sits on production, art direction, and set design to residential, commercial and hospitality. Their portfolio shows many artistic projects on restoration work for homes, that were designed by Quincy Jones, Stanford White, Nigel Coates, Rudolph Schindler, Myron Hunt, Buff & Hensman and Andrew Geller, and many more.

Their studio is located in the Thomson Building, a 1920’s Hollywood landmark, in Los Angeles, since 2017. It features a massive team of experts in design, that deliver the most incredible full service, to bring the client’s vision to life. In this California Swiss Chalet, shares a 3500-square-foot, Southern Californian estate, that was originally built in 1906.

This is a two-story, single-family location that sits on approximately two acres and was one of only fifteen Swiss chalet designed houses built in California during that period. Throughout this amazing chalet, you can admire the amazing Mid-Century pieces of furniture, that perfectly embody the another era concept.

This mesmerizing California Swiss Chalet is paying a tribute to this estate’s own history, through the major use of pink, green and burgundy accents. There’s an incredible establishment of pieces of furniture, textiles and objects that are influenced by fashion and fantasy. This is a perfect project from the Los Angeles based, Studio Shamshiri.
