America’s most expensive mansion is located in Beverly Hills, California. The Palazzo de Amore is on the market with a mind-blowing price tag of $195 million.
This Mediterranean villa sits on 25 acres was developed by Mohamed Hadid with architecture by Bob Ray Offenhauser and was decorated by Alberto Pinto, international decorator of palaces, hotels, yachts and private jets.
Real estate investor Jeff Greene is the current owner of this mansion that comprises 53,000 square feet with a main and guest house.
There are 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, formal rooms, a game room, an office and a family room opening into the grounds.
Outside, there’s a pool, spa, barbecue station, tennis court, water features and a 27-car garage.
There is a large vineyard and wine cellar with 10,000 bottles and barrels of wine from the property. The cellar has several hallways, temperature-controlled rooms and a tasting room with 3,000 bottles.
