Of course, it comes as no surprise that the singer/songwriter behind “Chandelier” and “Elastic Heart” would hold out for a home as one-of-a-kind as she is. Our sources tell us that it came in the form of a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom Mediterranean stunner in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, scooped up for $4.3 million. We could go on, but let’s just get to the good stuff, shall we?

Ahead, photos of the singer’s new pad that will leave you wishing she were renting rooms out. According to the original seller’s listing on The Agency, the home was designed by AF Leicht, a revered architect famous for Mediterranean-style homes in the ’20s.

The house was built in 1924 and has maintained much of its original charm.
